Dear coworkers, family and friends,

As you have been aware of, we had to cancel our Flu Shot Clinic of 10/19. As time goes by you must have encountered more and more people around you falling sick with either a bad cold, the seasonal flu or even H1N1. For those who are getting anxious and would like to be immunized, we have good news!

We seem to be back in business for a Seasonal Flu Shot Clinic on 11/09 from 8 AM to 12 PM at Capsity Offices. This date is tentative and the event is condition to the reception of the vaccines by Mercy as they are waiting for the 2nd round of supply delivery by their distributors. It is crunch time for the labs right now as H1N1 is hitting us pretty hard. Mercy had to reschedule most of their clinics for shortage of shots. But the vaccines should arrive early November and our Flu Shot Clinic at Capsity Offices should indeed happen as planned.

Additionally, if you are wondering, this clinic is about the Seasonal Flu, not Swine Flu or H1N1. But Mercy has us in line to organize a second clinic, this time a H1N1 Shot Clinic. It all depends on the Federal Government and how they are going to release the vaccines once they have satisfied the demand for high-risk population (Young and elderly first for example). Stay tuned, we will have a 2nd Clinic for you.

In the meantime, stay healthy. Exercise, eat in moderation but with diversity, take a round of daily vitamins, drink plenty of fluids, sleep well and wash your hands often. Also, stay away from stressful situations. All in all, take care of yourselves!
